This equipment made by casting material, the base material is made by flexible version of photosensitive resin, rubber as base material, through the anilox roller transfer ink, ink printing on substrates by liquid press.

The whole machine adopts wired control, the main unit is formed by unwinding unit, tension control unit, traction feeding unit, printing unit, drying unit . The unwinding unit is controlled by automatic correction system device, it is a tiny deviation in feeding, automatically correct paper device, the whole machine is controlled by PLC centralized control system.
